Our Charges;
Fixed Application Fee
A fixed application fee, payable only once your application is fully assessed by us, approved in principle with the lender, and submitted to a lender we’ve confirmed is ready to lend to you.
At Completion
A nominal percentage of the loan amount charged upon successful completion of your mortgage, bridging finance, or secured loan process. This ensures you know we’re fully committed to securing the right outcome for you.

Rate Switch: No fee
Like for Like Remortgage: 0.1% of the loan amount
First-Time Buyer, Home Mover, Remortgage with Additional Borrowing, Buy to Let (Standard Landlord): 0.15% of the loan amount
Buy to Let (Portfolio Landlord): 0.25% of the loan amount
Commercial Mortgage: 0.45% of the loan amount
Bridging Loan: 0.5% of the loan amount
Development Finance: 0.9% of the loan amount
Second Charge Mortgage: 1.5% of the loan amount
